From a regional perspective, since this year, Sany Heavy Industry excavator has firmly occupied the position of “first market share” in 15 countries and regions such as Indonesia, Thailand and Ghana. Sany excavators also performed prominently in the markets of European and American developed countries, with an increase of more than 500% in Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Italy.
At present, Sany has become a leading excavator manufacturer in the world, and has made great progress in service capacity-building, agent system construction, service parts system construction and digital work by enriching channel modes and supporting domestic agents to go to sea.
As a leading enterprise of China’s construction machinery, in recent years, Sany Heavy Industry has deeply focused on the core strategy of internationalisation and promoted the overseas business to a new level around the breakthrough of overseas key markets. The data show that from 2011 to 2020, the compound annual growth rate of Sany excavator export reached 30%. In 2020, under the adverse situation of the impact of the epidemic and the decline of 27% in the demand for overseas construction machinery and equipment, overseas sales achieved positive growth, with sales exceeding 10000 units, of which the sales of micro excavators soared by 90% against the trend. Industry insiders expect that with the global economic recovery, Sany Heavy Industry is expected to continue to lead China’s excavators to sea in the future with its technical strength, sales channels and other competitive advantages.
